Graduating from high school is a huge milestone, but for many students in foster care or experiencing homelessness, it can also come with uncertainty about what comes next!

Through our partnership with the CNUSD Parent Center, graduating seniors shares a personal wish list of items they may need after high school-whether that means college, trade school, military service, or independent living. We then reach out to generous community donors who help bring these wish lists to life. Together we assemble personalized “Senior Success Starter Kits” filled with essentials and encouragement to help these students start their next chapter with confidence and support.
